This is an oil painting of a large vase with two pieces of fruit. I used a knife to create the large vase to show texture. There are several colors used for the vase. The dark colors reveal the shadows in the vase. The vase is sitting on a medium colored table. I also used a knife to create the orange and green apple. I used a light color in the background so the objects standout in the painting
