This is an oil painting of a seascape. I wanted to paint a large wave crashing on the land. I painted large rocks and a sandy beach for this seascape. I made the sky with large dark clouds that are forming into a storm. The large wave I painted shows it's almost fully crested. Part of this wave is crashing against the rocks. In the distant background are some islands. This is a large painting that would complement any room in a house or office
